The restaurant is located in one of the oldest buildings in Zakopane, dating back to 1891, which once housed the first hotel “Pod Giewontem.” The hotel’s dining rooms occupied the same spaces where our restaurant operates today, allowing guests to dine in a place full of unique history. The stylish interior reflects the rich Highlander tradition, with wooden decorative elements and a regional character. One of the main attractions of Gazdowa Kuźnia is its cuisine, based on unique recipes from local housewives and the centuries-old traditions of Old Polish cuisine.
